It is said that things are often harsh in the kitchen. As a woman, have you ever had problems asserting yourself?
Never happened to me, in fact I almost always worked in kitchens in which the majority were men and some even in which I was a single woman and I never had problems neither in asserting myself nor in standing out for my work.
As a private person, is there a special cuisine that you enjoy cooking most?
At a professional level I like to cook all kinds of dishes regardless of their origin, of course I always prefer to cook the dishes that give me the greatest challenge. On a personal level I really appreciate French cuisine but I don't say no to good pizza.
The Grand Universe is full of magic. What do you personally like best about the Grand House?
I personally like the challenge of working daily in this kitchen, the incredible view that offers the necessary calm at the right time and being able to follow the growth of a "Grand" Hotel.
