Can you give us a brief summary of your professional background and why you decided to be a Barmaid?
I decided to be a barmaid first because of my father which had the same profession. Being young, everything he told me fascinated me, from cocktails to long drinks. I decided to follow his steps and even found an opportunity to work at the Grand House, where I feel I have evolved a lot. Previously I had worked in some bars but nothing like the Grand House company.
If you were to recommend just one cocktail, which one would it be?
One of the cocktails I would always recommend is Kiwi Dour which is refreshing “cheerful” and has a fantastic taste. The kiwi and melon are a great match.
The Grand Universe is full of magic. What do you personally like best about the Grand House?
What I like the most is the space that is fantastic. Few people have the privilege of working with such a view (in my case the Grand Beach Club). The working the environment is very good and the colleagues who are good professionals.
