Bookings can be made through the email: reservations@grandhousealgarve.com
Afterwards you will receive an email from us with the payment details and further information on the retreat.
Your booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit of 50% has been received on the account mentioned in the email.
The remaining amount is to be transferred by December 12th 2022 at the latest.
For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the retreat week, the price of the retreat week needs to be paid in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% deposit refund for cancellations 30+ days before the retreat start date.
No refunds for cancellations 0-30 days prior to retreat start date or during the retreat process.
In case of illness, the deposit stays non-refundable however is transferable to a voucher for bookings within the next year.
Your travel insurance hopefully will cover everything else (like if something happens to you, have a personal emergency, miss your flight, lose your job, get pregnant, etc).
