Authenticity, simplicity and soul is what distinguishes the Grand Style of the Grand House. What unites all our guests is that they feel like being at home. Many details must be set in motion to accomplish that. How do you manage to do so? What do you pay the most attention to?
Many stories have already taken place here, which no doubt left their mark on the atmosphere of the hotel. Our main goal is to make our guests feel this atmosphere, to make them feel at home and feel that they are part of our history and our great home, and for that we pay attention to every detail related to the guest. We pay attention to the smallest details, and every time we talk to our guests gives us more ways to understand them and to know what they like the most and what they like the least, which allows us to surprise you with simple details. For example, if during the conversation with the guest we notice that he likes a certain regional candy, in turndown we give him a little surprise by putting it in his room.

You are in direct contact with our guests since the opening of the hotel. So much must have happened in the meantime. Is there an event that has been particularly memorable? A compliment that made you and your team proud?
Being part of the whole process of reopening the hotel was undoubtedly a remarkable experience. To witness the rebirth of this real landmark of our city and to check in the first guest was a memorable event. The compliment that makes us most proud is when at check out a guest tells us: “I am still here but I already miss the Grand House, you made my stay memorable, I will come back soon”.

The Grand Universe is full of magic. What do you personally like best about Grand House?
All the mysticism that surrounds this building, from its natural beauty to the one that was added with the requalification process, makes the “Grand House” an exciting place to work. In every corner, in every picture hanging on the wall, we can feel the magic of the 1920’s, it is a time that has always fascinated me and I am sure that this is where I want to invest and live my passion for what I do.
